Deposit Policy
All bookings require a 25% deposit before the booking can be confirmed.
I require deposits to be paid in order to secure your requested timeslot and to guarantee you the time and service with me that you desire.
Cancellations up until 48hrs prior to your scheduled booking are welcome for a refund but are forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.
In the rare case I am unable to fulfil a booking, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Deposits can be paid into my nominated business account via Direct Deposit at any NAB Branch or Smart ATM, bank transfer or using the Beem It app. A screenshot of the transaction is sufficient to initiate the booking process, but the booking cannot occur until the funds have cleared into my account.
Please note that a booking is not guaranteed without a deposit. .
